Again, yesterday was exhausting. It was the start of Chisholm Trail Days. Supposedly our town was either the start of the Chisholm Trail, or an important stop on the Chisholm Trail... it depends on who you ask. And for those who don't know, the Chisholm Trail was a "road" that took cattle from ranches in Texas up to Kansas during the late 1800's, where they would be sold and shipped by railroad to cites in the east for meat.

This also means that yesterday morning, we had the Chisholm Trail parade. And that will dominate today's picture post.

We were float number 76, and there were about 130 floats in the parade. And by the way, our float won first prize!! YAY!!!
