Yesterday was Father's Day, as you all know, and the Husbandly One wanted to go swimming. Originally, we were going to hit Blue Hole in Wimberly, but... even though it was boiling outside, none of us were all that keen on spending an hour in the car for the drive there. So, THO called the local state park just on a whim and found out, hey, the swimming pool is open!! It was closed last year due to budget cuts in the State Park program (hey, THANKS, W!!), but this year, locals got together and donated money to pay for lifeguards, maintenance, etc, and it opened!! Best of all, it's just down the road, not even five minutes, so, YAY!!!

So the last day of my meme is full of shots from the pool. Enjoy!

I am sorry this is so late. Yesterday was... exhausting, and this post will be smaller than I had intended, mainly because like an idiot, there were several times that I forgot my camera as I went out the door.

The Rules!
