I HAZ FANARTS!!!

auntbijouOkay, so it was drawn by the Impertinent Daughter! Still... it's FANART, from one of MY fics!! She's like... my NUMBER ONE FAN!! OKAY??
*laughs*
It's funny, because we were sitting here talking while I was trying to finish something up, and she'd asked me, "If you could have fanart from just one of your fics, which one would it be?"
"Hmmmmm," I said, thinking it over. "Oh, I know. From Heroes and Hobbits..."
"Hugo curled up in Percy's lap? Yeah, I like that one, too," she said, grinning.
I was stunned. "You remember that?" I said, totally surprised. "I mean, just from the title, you remember that?"
"Of course, I do!" she said, looking very affronted. "I remember every one of the stories you've let me read! I love your stories!!" Then she smirked and said, "Just for that, I'm not going to draw that picture. I'll draw something else"
And this is what she drew...
Yes, she drew it for Tea for Two. The perspective is a little off, but she drew it while teasing me and sitting on the bed, so I think we can forgive it. Besides, it's FANART!! For ME!!!

And it also signals that our scanner is finally working, and you should all know that the Husbandly One is officially My Hero AND my Knight in Shiny Armor, and is thus allowed any and all favors and liberties concurrent with said duties in Hero and Knight in Shiny Armor offices. Because I said so!
Now I'll try to get her to sit down and to a REAL drawing to show her actual skills, and see if I can't cajole her into another piece of fanart... hee! *prepares for Sneaky Auntie mode*
